Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Hopefully you have all of your Super Bowl foods chosen but if not you could always make these yummy Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs. So quick and easy yet full of flavor. Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs were a huge hit with my kiddos last weekend. We made up a batch for them minus the onions, ha ha. Who doesn’t like a bacon cheeseburger? These little bombs are all the ingredients found in a bacon cheeseburger wrapped in  biscuit. They bomb you with yummy flavors ha ha!

You can score biscuits free or cheap this week with all the coupon deals so these Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs could be an appetizer on the cheap. If you are shopping before Monday you can snag Pre-Cooked Bacon at Kroger for just $1.50 per package.

INGREDIENTS
8 pack Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup chopped Onion (optional)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
4 slices Bacon cut in small pieces
8 slices Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS
Cook bacon pieces and set on paper towel to drain.
Brown ground Beef (and chopped onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire if desired) and drain.
Preheat the oven to 425.
Flatten out each biscuit dough and top them with cheddar cheese, browned hamburger pieces and bacon pieces. Optionally add Ketchup, mustard and pickle.
Take all of the edges stretch and gather up at the top and pinch together. Place onto a greased cookie sheet with the gathered side on the bottom.
Bake at for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

I love the size of these! The Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are not too big and not too small. Perfect! Plus the kiddos love that they are smaller.  My kids even helped put thse together.
