If you are needing a quick, easy and cute Easter treat idea these PEEPS Pudding Cups should be perfect.  So colorful and cute (or at least my family thought so, ha ha). This was one of those treats that I let the kids help out and make their own. I have been sharing many PEEPS recipes with you this past few weeks. I shared Chocolate Covered PEEPS, PEEPS S’mores and PEEPS Cupcakes. All of these have been favorites for us as they included PEEPS. PEEPS are so fun and just put me in an instant good mood. Maybe it is the reminder that warm weather is not far off.

These PEEPS Pudding Cups would be great for a snack or dessert or even in an Easter Themed Lunchbox. The colors will brighten anyone’s day.

Whipping up these cute little PEEPS Pudding Cups is so simple. I used a box of Jell-O Pudding but you could also use the pre-packaged puddings too (we quite often get great deals on those). Then add in some food coloring and layer up your layers with pudding and sprinkles. I am thinking I may try to hide fruit in the next time we make these.
