What to serve with Carrot Shaped Cheese ball?
Consider adding some crackers like Ritz, Mini Townhouse (my new favorite snack), Wheat Thins or Triscuits. Vegetables make a colorful and tasty side. I use sliced cucumber, mini grape tomatoes alongside. Mini crostinis and olives would be great too!

Can I make a Cheese ball ahead of time?
For sure! Cheese balls are a great make-ahead appetizer. You can refrigerate it for up to 5 days. Just hold off adding the shredded cheese until serving.

Can I freeze a Cheese ball?
Yes, you can! I would suggest adding the shredded cheese until ready to serve. Be sure to wrap in a layer or two of plastic wrap before placing it in the freezer. Remove the cheese ball from the fridge at least 12 hours before serving to allow thawing.

Next, add the paprika, Worcestershire, shredded cheese and bacon pies. Mix again until the mixture is combined.

Note: fresh finely shredded cheese will work best. Store-bought pre-shredded will not result in the best taste or look.
