If your family is a fan of Krispie treats these Easter Bunny Krispie Treats will make for a great dessert, Easter basket addition or snack this holiday season. Marshmallow Krispie treats are one of those desserts that almost everyone enjoys. They are inexpensive, tasty, fun and so simple to make. My kiddos and hubby like to “raid the pan” before they are even finished ha ha! I make them for lunches, after school snacks or desserts. Many years ago, we made our first holiday themed Krispie treat (our popular Halloween Pumpkin Krispie Treats) and now not a holiday goes by that I do not make some sort of holiday themed Krispie Treat.

Easter Bunny Krispie Treats

These Easter Bunny Krispie Treats were so simple. I made the same Krispie Treat recipe that I always make. I just flattened out the batch on a cookie sheet and then used cookie cutters for my shape. You could use any shape cookie cutter to achieve the same look. I used the bunny cookie cutter found in this Wilton Easter 18pc Metal Cookie Cutter Set that I found on Amazon. It was a great set with MANY different shapes to make up all your favorite Easter desserts.

These Easter treats are great with no toppings added. I decide to add on a layer of white chocolate and one pink chocolate line for his collar…too cute! Oh and the one sprinkle for his eye!

I made this first batch for everyone to have this past week during our snow days. One pan does not last long in our house, lol. I will be making another couple batches to hand out to the kids friends and also to put in their Easter baskets.

The ingredients needed to make Krispie Treats are so simple. You will simply need Crispy Rice, Marshmallows and butter. I grabbed my marshmallows and Crispy Rice from Aldi to help with keeping these inexpensive.
