The ingredients and process are so simple for these cute Reese’s Pilgrim Hats. Just bake or grab some round cookies from the grocery, some Reese’s Miniatures, melting candy or icing for a brim and some Laffy Taffy or Startbursts for the buckle. Super EASY!
