Wedge Salad with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Loading on the dressing on top of the lettuce, croutons, tomatoes and bacon makes for a terrific salad. I had never made homemade Blue Cheese Dressing. I have always bought the bottles of dressing with a sale and a coupon. I was fresh out of bottled Blue Cheese Dressing in the pantry so perfect timing to make our own.  Homemade Blue Cheese dressing is simple and tastes so much better made fresh.
