Creamy Peach Salad Ingredients

For this Creamy Cheesecake Peach Salad dessert, we wanted to keep things as simple as we could- who doesn’t love a quick, 4-ingredient dessert recipe? We were able to pare things down to these 4 essential ingredients, but we also have a couple extra ingredients if you want to make it even better! Here’s all you need for this:

Creamy Fresh Peach Salad ingredients.
  • Peaches – Fresh peaches will work best for this recipe. In a pinch, you could try using frozen peaches or canned peaches instead of fresh- just know that they’ll likely end up much softer in the finished salad.
  • Milk
  • Instant Pudding Mix – We used this Jell-O cheesecake pudding mix in our Peach Salad. You could probably sub in something like vanilla pudding mix if you prefered.
  • Yogurt – We used this peach yogurt from Yoplait but, again, you could just use vanilla pudding if you want! The peach yogurt just seems to play well in this recipe and brings a lot more flavor.

That’s all you’ll need for the dessert salad. For a topping, we also grabbed some chopped pecans and hit it with a quick sprinkling of brown sugar.

  • Once those are mixed, add your yogurt to the milk and pudding mixture. Use a whisk to help mix everything together well until you have a nice creamy dressing. Storage / Freezing

Storage: You should be able to keep your Creamy Peach Salad in the fridge if you have any leftovers. Consider covering with plastic wrap before putting in the refrigerator. Kept like this, expect it to last 2-3 days- just keep an eye out for it getting kind of watery or runny.

Freezing: You can also trying keeping your Peach Salad frozen. For best taste and texture, keep frozen for 2-3 months. Let thaw in the fridge before serving. I have not tested freezing but, it should work.
