Creamy Peach Salad

Make this Creamy Peach Salad with fresh peaches and a creamy delicious cheesecake filling, you will love! Add the optional brown sugar and pecan topping if you choose. It's great for a fresh summer fruit salad.

Ingredients

  • 6 Peaches
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 box Jell-O Cheesecake Pudding Mix 3.4 oz
  • 6 oz Peach Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped Pecans optional

Instructions

  • Chop Peaches into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and whisk until blended.
  • Add yogurt and whisk until blended.
  • If desired, top with nuts and sugar.

Notes

Try making this recipe with other instant pudding flavors or yogurts. Cheesecake instant pudding and peach yogurt worked great for us, but see if you like the vanilla flavors for either of those next!
