I love eating fresh peaches for breakfast or even a snack. My family is not big on plain ole peaches so I usually add them to our desserts and sometimes even to our main dishes.

These Baked Peaches turn a plain ordinary peach in to an extraordinary dessert. You will find them best right out of the oven so they are nice and warm. We always add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top. The perfect peaches-n-cream dessert.

The brown sugar and cinnamon caramelize while baking to give the peaches the most amazing flavor. My entire family loves these so we make them frequently during the summer months when I find fresh peaches on sale.

These  are one of the simplest desserts we make. I can prep them just before dinner, toss them in the oven, and they are ready just as we finish up our plates from dinner.
