Storage / Freezing
Storage: Let your pork cool down to room temperature before putting in a resealable container or bag. Kept in the fridge, your pork chops should keep for 3-4 days- 5 if you want to push it.
Freezing: You can also try freezing your pork chops after you’re done cooking. Kept in a freezer bag or container in the freezer, your Barbecue Pork should stay good for about 3 months.
