If you are looking for a quick and easy fudge you HAVE to try this 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge Recipe. Now that New Years is here and the holiday season is behind us it’s time to move on to one of my favorite holidays, Valentine’s Day! Well all holidays seem to be my favorite, ha ha! There is something about Valentine’s Day that makes me all cheery. I think it is all the pink and “love” that is everywhere! Or maybe it is that I know that spring will be just around the corner.
2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge Recipe Great for Valentine’s Day
This 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge (Yes only two ingredients) is absolutely delish! I know you are probably skeptical like I was but trust me and give it a try. It’s so sweet and tasty you will be wondering how on earth it took you this long to find this almost too adorable to eat fudge. Just grab some Strawberry Frosting from your pantry (we always have coupons for frosting so hopefully you have some) and some white chocolates and in just a few minutes time you will have a nice pan of strawberry fudge to toss in the fridge.
16 oz Strawberry Frosting
12 oz bag White Chocolate
Heart shape decorations (optional)
Line 8×8 pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
Place white chocolate in medium bowl and melt in microwave by cooking in 30 second intervals, stirring and repeating.
Immediately stir in frosting until well mixed.
Spread into pan.
Decorate top if desired.
Place in refrigerator for at least half an hour to set.
Cut into sqaures or use heart shape cookie cutter and serve.
In this size pan, the fudge pieces are about 5/8″ thick. If you want thicker, make a double batch.
If you are anything like me, you will not be able to keep your fingers from dipping in this yummy mixture. It just looks so sweet and fluffy! Not to mention all this pink will have you in Valentine’s mode before you are finished making it.
Oh did I mention that this fudge will be great anytime of year, not just Valentine’s Day. I just loved adding on the heart shaped sprinkles. I think this will be great anytime if you like strawberries (I know I do!). Oh and I think perfect for a pink birthday party or baby girl baby shower.
Are you feeling the Love? Just looking at this fudge is making me hungry for more. I will note that this fudge is sweet but not too sweet. I think that is why I have been devouring it all day, ha ha!
I am thinking I am going to make this fudge again just before Valentine’s Day and use the cutouts (just use a cookie cutter) for gifts. I plan to put them in clear cellophane wrap with a ribbon and tag. If you are looking to hop in to the Valentine’s spirit a bit early make yourself a batch of this fudge and be sure to follow my Valentine’s Board on Pinterest. I will be posting all kinds of “love” material, ha ha!
