Pumpkin Deviled Eggs

I am a deviled egg fan! I make them all summer long for our BBQs. I also make them often for holidays. I make my hard-boiled eggs in our Instant Pot to keep the process so simple.

Adding festive elements to our holiday dinner is something I have always done. Themed Thanksgiving desserts are easy, but appetizers can be a challenge. In the past, I have made a Dorritos Pumpkin Cheeseball. This year, we will serve these cute and tasty Pumpkin Deviled Eggs and also a Turkey Cheeseball.

Pumpkin Deviled Eggs with Spice

I add just a small amount of pumpkin to these deviled eggs. They are just like a traditional deviled egg with a bit of flavor and spice. The pumpkin is not overwhelming at all. The spice from the chili powder is great too. Not too hot but, a bit of extra spice.

For the stem, green onion is best. You could also use chives. The small bit of onion flavor pairs well with the spiced egg mixture.

I made these for a Halloween Party appetizer this year. The orange color and pumpkin recipe works perfectly for fall. And, everyone thought they were delicious.
