To make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs in your Instant Pot, all you will need is eggs, water, and ice. With 5 minutes of cook time, 5 minutes of release, and 15 or so minutes in an ice bath, the recipe is so easy. A tip that I suggest is to make sure you place your eggs in the ice bath as soon as you have released your pressure. I also find to peel the eggs perfectly, it is easiest to run them under cool water to release the membrane quickly.

Turned out perfect for deviled eggs. A couple did crack but that happens when I cook them on the stovetop too. Hard boiled eggs have never peeled so easily! Thanks for sharing!
