Microwave Strawberry Fudge Ingredients
-
Strawberry Frosting
-
White Candy Melts – You could try this recipe with some white chocolate. You’ll just have to be more careful when melting the chocolate.
How to make Microwave Fudge
-
Melt your candy melts or white chocolate in the microwave.
-
Stir in the strawberry frosting until combined and smooth.
-
Transfer to a parchment-lined pan and refrigerate until set.
After prepping a pan with some parchment paper, we can get started melting our candy melts. Put them into a microwave safe bowl and start microwaving them in 30-second bursts.
Between each stint in the microwave, give the melts a thorough stirring. If you’re using white chocolate, keep a close eye on it- you want to heat it until it’s just melted. If you heat it until it’s really runny, your fudge might not turn out correctly.
Once your melts or chocolate are melted and smooth, you can add in the strawberry frosting. Stir it in until it’s thoroughly combined.
Once our fudge mixture is combined, we want to transfer it over to our prepared pan. Then, toss it in the fridge to set. If you have sprinkles, don’t forget to add them on top!
Let your fudge sit in the fridge until it’s fully set. Once set, remove it from the pan- using the parchment to lift it out makes this very easy- and cut it however you please. You can go with the traditional squares or use something like a cookie cutter to make all sorts of shapes. Whatever shapes you cut it into, we know you’ll enjoy this 2-Ingredient Strawberry Fudge!
