Have you tried Sweet Potato Fries? I had not tried them. I know, gasp! Ha ha! So many times I have been tempted to order up a batch when we were out to eat. I love sweet potatoes. In the past I have always thought of sweet potatoes during the holidays. Yesterday I decided to give a try at making Sweet Potato Fries at home.  How difficult could it be? Exactly what I was thinking. Quite simple actually.

Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries are not cheap when purchasing them from a restaurant. I figured I could buy a couple sweet potatoes at Kroger ($2) and toss them in the oven and save a few bucks. Plus this way… the whole family got to give Sweet Potato Fries a try.

If you have yet to try Sweet Potato Fries be sure to give this recipe a try. They were very simple and very tasty. I look forward to making them up with some hamburgers and dogs. Or maybe even whip up a batch to go with some CopyCat Chick-fil-a. Plus, I may have to try an order next time we eat out.
