Strawberry Yogurt Freezer Cups

My littlest guy is a very picky eater but he will eat just about anything that has yogurt involved. Since he loves cold ice cream and devours our CopyCat Pineapple Dole Whip, I decided to whip up these super easy yogurt freezer cups. After making them, I was amazed at how tasty they were. Plus if you add on a dollop of whipped cream, they look like a nice little dessert to serve up to guests this summer.

I liked how super simple the recipe is. You can whip these up in a jiffy and toss them in the freezer to be ready later in the day.  Jonathan has enjoyed these all week long for his dessert. The yogurt flavor shines through and the strawberry Jell-O gives them an extra dash of flavor.

Just grab your two ingredients. We used strawberry Jell-O with the yogurt. The next time we make these, I am going to try a lime. Lime flavor would make for a super refreshing summer dessert. I do suggest keeping them in the freezer until ready to serve if you want them real firm.

  1. Hi Jen – love your site – GREAT recipes – Thank you. Question: For your Strawberry Yogurt Freezer Cups –
Recipe says 13.0 box Jello but picture shows a 3 .o box – just wanted to make sure before I make it – looks
Delicious – and SO easy. Thanks

    1. Hi Jeanie! I let my hubby type this up for me and it looks like he didn’t separate it to well. It should be one 3 oz box of Jell-O. Hope that helps:)

Have a great rest of your week,
      Jen
