If you are looking to serve up a easy and delish dessert this fall this Pumpkin Truffles Recipe will be perfect.  Last week the hubby and I were wanting to make something sweet to enjoy with our evening coffee. We both had a sweet tooth, not really a surprise, ha ha! A frequent sweet tooth is something we really have in common.  We had been brainstorming about different desserts we plan to serve up this holiday season. We quite often serve truffles but we had never made a pumpkin truffle. Hubby suggested Pumpkin Truffles. What a genius, lol! HOw could I argue with the suggestion of pumpkin, cream cheese and chocolate?

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Truffle

You need just a few ingredients to whip up these tasty truffles. Cream cheese, pumpkin, graham crackers, some chocolate and some pumpkin spice blend well to create a perfect truffle. I found a great deal at Remke last week for cream cheese (just $1 each). I had almost everything in the fridge and pantry.
