If you are needing a excellent side dish look no further as this Slow Cooker Baked Beans Recipe is over the top Delish! The hubby and I are HUGE fans of beans and I was needing to make beans for our evening grill out yesterday. I was really wanting some beans that were not just “plain beans”. While out shopping my hubby whipped up this AWESOME Slow Cooker Baked Beans Recipe. When I arrived home my house was smelling so wonderful. So wonderful that I was dipping in that crock before our grill out.
These are definitely not your everyday plain beans. These beans are a meal in itself. I actually ate salad and beans at the grill out and I was full (maybe because I was eating beans all afternoon ha ha). These beans are loaded up with ground beef, bacon, peppers and onions. YUM!
These Slow Cooker Baked Beans would be great to add to your grill outs this summer. We are now adding them to our Memorial Day and July 4th menu. After prepping your items you can just toss everything in the slow cooker and let it cook (crock pots are my best friend, lol). So easy to just grab your crock pot and head off to your picnics/gatherings.
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Bacon
1 chopped medium Onion
1 chopped Bell Pepper (any color)
4 medium can Pork and Beans (approx 60 oz total)
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Minced Garlic

This Slow Cooker Baked Beans Recipe was perfect for our grill out. Be sure to let me know if you make this one. I know it will be a hit. The flavors are just perfect together.
