Last week I purchased a bottle of store bought Mango Lemonade while out doing some shopping. It was so refreshing and full of flavor I felt the HUGE need to make a pitcher for home.
Mango Lemonade Recipe
Warmer weather is great but I always find myself having to increase my fluid intact to the point that it is kind of crazy, ha ha. I love teas, lemonades, slushies. Throw anything cold and refreshing my way!
This Mango Lemonade Drink Recipe is so simple and will make a perfect lemonade to enjoy all summer long. Grab a Mango or two, some lemons and some sugar and you can whip up this tasty lemonade in just a few minutes time.
1 large Mango
1/2 cup Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Water
Make a simple syrup by heating 1/2 cup water and the sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
Peel and puree the mango.
Add mango puree, lemon juice, syrup and water to pitcher and mix well.
Serve over ice.
Mango has never been one of those fruits that was just outstanding to me. I felt that way before I tried a Mango Lemonade. This stuff is off the charts good. I know we will be making quite a few pitchers of Mango Lemonade while enjoying the sunshine this summer.
