These PEEPS Turkey Treats are going to be a quick and easy treat for you to serve up for turkey day.  During the holidays I always get so pressed for time and patience. Having a quick and easy treat idea to serve up for the holiday or even for the kiddos lunch boxes is a must. The hubby spotted the new cute mini PEEPS on sale at Kroger last week. He didn’t buy just one bag…. he bought 4. What was a girl to do with all these mini PEEPS? Make the kiddos some turkey treats of course ha ha! My kiddos love PEEPS. PEEPS S’mores are one of their favorite snacks to make when we have PEEPS on hand. I see them using these mini PEEPS to make a batch (if I let them know I have a stash, lol).

    Peeps Turkey Treats Recipe

These PEEPS Treats are so simple. I used some left over candy corn from Halloween for their feathers and add on some eyes and these mini PEEPS quickly became turkeys. I think they are absolutely adorable. I added a couple of these turkey treats in the kiddos lunch boxes today. I am super excited for them to arrive home to tell me how cute they are (yes… I want them to tell me what a wonderful treat maker I am).

The ingredients needed for your PEEPS turkeys are so simple. Hop on over to your local Kroger or other grocery to find yourself some PEEPS Mini in the chocolate flavor, grab a package of flat cookies, some left over Halloween candy corn and some candy eyes or chocolates to make your own.
