Instant Pot Baked Potatoes

I will most likely never make baked potatoes in the oven again. We love baked potatoes but I do not make them very often. The reason being is that it always takes so long for the potatoes to bake. I am usually needing quick and easy side dishes for our meals and baked potatoes are never very quick. Until now! Making them in the Instant Pot is so quick and easy.

No foil is needed for these pressure cooker potatoes… another plus. You just scrub your taters, give them a few stabs with a fork, and toss them into your Instant Pot with a cup of water. In less than a half hour, you can have super fluffy baked potatoes.

I am using my Instant Pot so frequently this summer. Not turning on the oven works so well. No need to heat up the house when we do not need to. I have made our Instant Pot Corn on the Cob almost every week this summer. If you do not own an Instant Pot, you really should think about purchasing one. They make cooking so easy and cleanup is always so super simple.

When I made our Instant Pot Baked Potatoes last week, I just loaded them up with some butter and some parsley flakes. I ended up making them for dinner again the very next night because my family was so happy that I had made them. Like I said, I do not make baked potatoes very often. The second night, we loaded them up with broccoli and cheese. Super tasty!

You will find that you can make multiple small potatoes. The larger your potatoes, the less that will fit in your Instant Pot. I actually made two batches each time to feed my large family
