If you are a fan of No Bake Cookies you will love this No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe. During the summer months I avoid turning on the oven to make as much as possible. Finding no bake recipes can be challenging at times. Last week I made the mistake of turning on the oven to make my favorite 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies. Let me tell you… I was hot over that oven. Going back and forth from the oven to the sunlit patio exhausted me and had me overheated for sure. I went on a mission to make a few no bake recipes this weekend so I would not be overheating myself.

As a child I recalled my grandmother refusing to turn on her oven too! She would make up desserts that required no baking. I guess not having air conditioning forced her to not bake. She would make up batches of no bake cookies so we would have them ready for desserts.
This No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe was perfect with no baking required. Plus this recipe includes my favorite flavors of chocolate and peanut butter. Like many no bake desserts this one was simple and took barely any time at all.
