If you are looking for an easy dinner or side idea this Slow Cooker Potatoes Recipe will be perfect. We like to enjoy loaded baked potatoes for a meal during the fall and winter months. We will use left over chili and enjoy Chili and Cheese Baked Potatoes. Or… I will quite often keep frozen broccoli and cheese in the freezer for Broccoli and Cheese Baked Potatoes. The hubby will quite often load on some cheese and bacon bits for his potatoes. Potatoes loaded up for a meal are inexpensive and everyone can choose their favorite toppings.

Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes Recipe

In the past we have always made our baked potatoes in the oven. That was before I realized we could add on some seasonings. wrap the spuds up and toss them in the crock-pot. SUPER Simple and making our potatoes in the slow cooker allows me to leave them to cook and go. I always worry about leaving the oven on when I am running errands. The slow cooker does not worry me. PERFECT!
