With summer just about over this S’Mores Cups Recipe is going to be perfect for enjoying S’Mores indoors. My kiddos are HUGE fans of S’Mores! S’Mores are always so much fun and a comforting summer and fall snack/dessert. As summer comes to end, my kids will be making S’Mores indoors, almost guaranteed. This past weekend we had a downpour and we had planned to make S’Mores outdoors. Since it was raining we were forced to come indoors. They were all set to make their S’Mores in the microwave before I took over and whipped up these yummy S’mores Cups.

S’mores Cups Recipe

If you are a fan of S’mores you will love this S’More Cups Recipe. A perfect combination of graham crackers, chocolate of of course marshmallows. This recipe can be whipped up in just a few minutes time.

INGREDIENTS (Yields 6 S’Mores cups)

16 -2 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ Graham cracker pieces
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
3 marshmallows
2 tbsp melted Butter
1 Graham cracker piece (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Crush graham crackers in food processor or plastic baggie.
Add melted butter and mix with fork.
Press mixture into 6 holes on mini muffin tin.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Place 4 chocolate chips on each graham cracker cup.
Cut marshmallows in half using kitchen shears.
Place marshmallow half on top of chips (cut side down).
Return to oven for 3 minutes (until marshmallow is slightly soft).
Place on cooling rack for 15 minutes.
Melt remaining chips in microwave by heating for 30 seconds and stirring then repeating until melted and smooth.
Remove cups from muffin tin, top marshmallow with melted chocolate.
You can optionally crush an additional graham cracker to used as topping on the cups.

S’mores Cups Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 16 2 1/2 " x 1 1/4" Graham cracker pieces
