Strawberry Bark

This quick and easy Strawberry Bark will knock your socks off. I am a HUGE fan of strawberries. While shopping at Target last week I noticed a bunch of freeze dried fruits. The strawberry freeze dried fruit immediately caught my eye. I snagged a bag and began munching as soon as I arrived at the car (yes, I couldn’t wait ha ha). As I was munching I was daydreaming about loading these yummy strawberries with chocolate. I personally love strawberries and chocolate, one of my favorite combos.
Strawberry Bark
After arriving home, I grabbed some white chocolate and decided to whip up a quick and easy Strawberry Bark.

This Strawberry Bark recipe is so easy! Just grab a bag of freeze dried strawberries (located in the larger nut area at Target or at your favorite store) and some chocolate. You could also make your own freeze dried strawberries too. If you are a Remke shopper I spotted Freeze dried fruit while shopping last week.
INGREDIENTS
12 oz White Chocolate Melting Chips
1 oz Freeze Dried Strawberries
DIRECTIONS
Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread 3/4 strawberries around on prepared sheet.
Heat chocolate by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Pour melted chocolate over strawberries.
Sprinkle top with remaining strawberries.
Let cool completely before cutting.
There is something about berries that just puts me in a spring/summer mood. Strawberries are my favorite fruit so I chose freeze dried strawberries. This chocolate bark could be made with your favorite freeze dried fruit (there are many to choose from). Since enjoying my CopyCat Sonic Cherry Limeade last week I have really been in the mood for spring. Fruits and veggies are my favorite all year long but, during the warmer weather I think my body really craves them. I bought quite a few bags of freeze dried fruits to make up some recipes with. I am brainstorming about what to make with the others.

- 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Chips
