Peanut Butter Cheese Ball

If you are needing a super tasty idea for Super Bowl this weekend I am highly recommending this Peanut Butter Cheese Ball. All I can keep saying is oh my my my my! Peanut Butter yumminess in a ball. I was so excited about all of the peanut butter and cream cheese that I decided I could not wait for Sunday and HAD to make this yummy cheese ball now! The kiddos and I consumed over half of this before the hubby could even try it, ha ha!
If you are a fan of peanut butter this Peanut Butter Cheeseball is going to consume your thoughts until you make it, trust me! Hurry and check the fridge for cream cheese! You must have some peanut butter and hopefully some chocolate chips. If not, grab some on your next trip to the grocery.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz Cream Cheese softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Peanut Butter Chips
DIRECTIONS
In your mixing bowl, combine everything but the chips, and beat until blended.
Place mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and twist to form a ball.
Freeze for 1 hour until it holds its shape.
Pour peanut butter and chocolate chips into a shallow dish.
Unwrap ball and roll it in chips to completely cover.
Place on plate, cover and freeze for several hours to firm.
Serve with vanilla wafer, graham cracker sticks, etc.
This Peanut Butter Cheese Ball would be great for just about any party, get together. I plan to make another on Sunday for Super Bowl. It was too tasty to not share with others ha ha!
We tried Nilla Wafers and Animal Crackers with the Peanut Butter Ball. Both worked perfectly with flavors and crunch.

You place it in freezer to firm. How long does it need to thaw before serving?
