If you are looking for a great dip this Homemade Onion Dip Recipe will be perfect. Loaded with great onion flavors and great for serving up with veggies or chips. During the holidays I like to make up homemade dips to have available for entertaining and snacking. For New Years this year we will be having a few family members over to celebrate. This year I have decided to add a few new dips to our guests. Normally I will just make up a quick batch of CopyCat Hidden Valley Ranch Dip or our Copycat Lipton Onion Dip. Onion dip is always my hubby and also my uncles favorite dip to snack on. So this year I decide I would make a homemade onion dip to serve up.
Homemade Onion Dip Recipe
This recipe is super simple. Plus it is full of great flavor that you do not always find in a store bought container. Great for serving up with your favorite veggies or chips. I also loaded up some of this yummy dip on to a few crackers and it was delish.
The hubby really enjoyed this batch of Homemade Onion Dip and will most likely not consider store bought onion dip any longer, ha ha. I ended up having to make up a second batch to serve up on New Year’s Eve.
The ingredients needed to make your own Homemade Onion Dip are quite simple. Obviously you will need some sour cream, and also 2 large onions. Additionally some garlic powder, minced garlic, oil and Worcestershire Sauce.

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS
