From the Grill: Beef Kabobs Recipe

We enjoyed this yummy Beef Kabobs Recipe yesterday. Yup… It was a gorgeous day to grill out. School is finished up (our seventh grader had his last day) so we decided to swim, cook and enjoy the sunshine. The hubby made my daughter some awesome Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs the other day for her girl grill out and I was really craving for Beef Kabobs. So I was extra sweet to the hubby this morning so he would grill us some Beef Kabobs.
From the Grill: Beef Kabobs
It was such a nice afternoon enjoying the kiddos, sunshine and food. These Beef Kabobs were a hit with the kiddos, hubby and I. Whenever we cook a food that everyone likes, it makes my life so much easier, ha ha.
Kabobs are great in the summer for picnics and get together’s. Everyone can grab their food on a stick which is always a hit. Beef has been so expensive lately. My hubby grabbed a sirloin he found in the managers section at the grocery to help with the savings. We picked up the veggies at Aldi to help cut down on the costs of those.

Cut Green peppers, red peppers and onions into 1″ chunks.
Put pieces of green bell pepper, beef, red bell pepper, mushroom, tomato and onion onto skewers.
Preheat grill and apply oil to grate using a paper towel.
Transfer the marinade into a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and use for basting.
Cook skewers on the grill, turning every 3-4 minutes and basting for a total of about 15 minutes.
If you are going to be grilling out I highly recommend this Beef Kabob and also the Chicken & Pineapple Kabobs my hubby made for us the other day. Both were full of flavor and quite simple to make.
