This Creamy Chicken Breast dish will make for a perfect dinner for your family. The creamy sauce is made with simple ingredients and takes no time at all.
Creamy Chicken Breast
My family loves chicken dishes. I love making chicken dishes because I can always score a sweet deal on fresh chicken breasts at my grocery store. Sometimes it’s easy to just make our favorite chicken dishes like our Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie Casserole or my husbands favorite Red Hot Chicken. I know the family will love those and I do not have to do any experimenting, ha ha!
This week, I decided it was time to make a new chicken dish. I am tired of the same dishes over and over again. My family is so picky and making the same dishes is easier but I am ready for something new. So I chose to whip up this quick and easy Cream Chicken Breast for dinner.
I like to keep things simple and this chicken breast meal is so easy. I had everything for the whole meal done in no time at all. It will be perfect for a weeknight meal when the kiddos are back in school.
I put this one together on the fly and it was a hit. The hubby and kiddos really liked it. I doubled the dish and served the creamy chicken over rice for the hubby and noodles for the kiddos. My pictures did not turn out as well as I would have liked (darn Cincy sunshine, lol) but the dish was quite tasty.
The ingredients needed are so simple and the dish comes together quickly. You will not need to make any special trips to the grocery store for special ingredients. Grab your chicken, onion, garlic, corn starch, poultry seasoning, and milk.

Looks delicious!! Would the cornstarch work with either Almond or Rice Milk? I’m dairy intolerant.
When you put the breasts back in the pan, how long do you cook them?
Oops so sorry about that Vicki! After returning the chicken to the pan you will want to cook it for 10 more minutes. – Jen
Thanks!
