I decided I would share this CopyCat Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe with you today. With warmer weather on the way, sandwich recipes are a great idea for lunches and quick and easy dinners. I shared our CopyCat Starbucks Egg Salad with you as well as our CopyCat Panera Tuna Salad Sandwich. All of these sandwiches are great and will allow you to whip up a quick meal.
CopyCat Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to stop in for a sandwich and or salad all year long. During the summer I love to grab a quick sandwich. Now that I have mastered this CopyCat Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad Sandwich and a CopyCat Chick-fil-A Lemonade, I will be enjoying both on the cheap at home this spring and summer.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked Chicken Breast
1/4 cup diced Celery
1 diced Hard Boiled Egg
2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 slices Wheat Bread
Leaf lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Combine chicken, celery, egg, mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.
Toast bread.
Top 2 slices of toast with lettuce.
Divide chicken salad evenly over the lettuce.
Top with remaining slices of toast.

I am so excited for the warmer weather and longer days to arrive. Thankfully these sandwiches will have my quick lunches and dinners taken care of once those warm days arrive ha ha. CopyCat Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Chicken Breast

This chicken salad looks so yummy! I am a huge fan of different chicken salad recipes and I can not wait to give this one a try. I have yet to be to a Chick-fil-A but I think we are getting one here in town soon so I will have to give them a try.
Chickfila uses their fried nuggets for their chicken salad. They use the leftover ones as well as cooking ones just for this purpose. As a former employee this surprised me when I found out! :-)
Your recipe is missing one thing .. Nutmeg.. it gets a 1/2 teaspoon
Exact ally Nutmeg the secret ingredient that if you have sensitive taste buds it stands out immensely !!! I was looking for this in all the copy cat chickfila chicken salad recipes but no one puts it in there and this cannot be left out if you are going to make a copycat recipe for this recipe. It’s a must!!!!
That is a huge amount! A pinch would be sufficient for this recipe. Don’t ruin your chicken salad.
