If you are a fan of caramel flavor, you are going to want to make this Easy Caramel Pie. With just a few simple ingredients and a store bought or homemade pie crust, you can have one delicious dessert.
Easy Caramel Pie
During the fall season, my family loves just about every dessert that has caramel in the ingredients. We make numerous batches of Homemade Caramel Sauce. We enjoy the caramel for dipping our Apple Pie Fries, they are super yummy! We love it on top of our drinks, like our CopyCat Starbucks Apple Spice Cider. We use it for just about everything!
Caramel is also great for including inside of some of our favorite recipes like this super Easy Caramel Pie. I have made this pie so many times and it is always a favorite. My entire family loves it. It’s creamy and sweet with all the great flavors that you find in caramel.
The pie is so simple. You can use a Homemade Pie Crust or you could also use a store bought pie crust. If you are in a rush and want to make this pie, you can use store bought caramel sauce. I usually make homemade if I have a jar in the fridge.
The addition of the layer of whipped topping and caramel drizzle pushes this pie over the top. So much flavor in such a simple dessert.
I did freeze our pie overnight. You will want to freeze it for at least a couple hours. I then removed our pie from the freezer 30 minutes before serving and it is perfect.
I have been making this pie for years and just realized that I have never served it for a holiday dessert. I think we will be serving it up for a Thanksgiving pie dessert this year so our extended family can give it a try.
The only ingredients needed for this caramel Pie are a pie crust, caramel, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and some vanilla. So easy and so tasty!

Hey Lady,
I love this pie. Caramel is a big hit at my house. I recently purchased this Smucker’s Salted Carmel to use in a recipe. It was fantastic.
Thanks for sharing,
