Did you realize that you can make breakfasts quick and easy by making Oven Scrambled Eggs? Making your eggs in the oven is great for feeding a crowd or large family (like mine). Cooking our eggs in the oven freed up stove top space and also allowed me to fix other breakfast fixings while our eggs were cooking. Super Simple and I am amazed at how tasty they turned out.
We enjoyed breakfast for dinner this past weekend. I whipped up a batch of these Oven Scrambled eggs while I was making our kiddos favorite French Toast Cups. Making breakfast for dinner is always a hit with my entire family. The next time we make a batch I may consider adding in some cheese too!
Mornings can be so hectic so any time and mess that I can save is always a plus. The kiddos will be returning to school next week and I am thinking we will be making eggs for breakfast much more often. I will usually hand them a Omelet Breakfast Bite or something else portable as they are on their way out the door. I can now pop our eggs in the oven while they are getting ready for school and then fill a disposable cup with eggs to have them eat on the way. BINGO a Easy Hot Breakfast!
Making your scrambled eggs in the oven is super simple and takes just 30 mins! No need to stand at the stove scrambling and making batch after batch of eggs. We LOVE IT!

I have made this several times and it always comes out great. It’s a great way to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for a breakfast buffet if you have overnight guests or a special brunch. I usually make 2 pans since it takes no time to put together, and I never have leftovers. Hopefully egg prices come down, and I can make this again!
