These Homemade Grape Popsicles made with fresh grapes will be sure to cool you off this summer. Since they are made with fresh grapes, they are much more healthy than store bought pops.
Homemade Grape Popsicles
My kids consume so many popsicles during the hot summer months. I usually try to make a batch or two of pops during the summer months. The hubby really likes sweet and creamy like a Strawberry Shortcake Pop. The kids like to enjoy our Oreo Pudding Pops. The baby and I really like to enjoy fruit pops or our 4 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet.
As you can see, everyone in our house prefers something a bit different, ha ha. That’s why I really love my Zoku Maker and accessories.
You can find all sorts of Zoku Makers on Amazon. I have two of the Zoku Single Quick Pop Makeras well as the Zoku Storage Case and also the Zoku Chocolate Station. These pop makers and accessories have been a blessing for me. I plan to purchase a triple pop maker and also a slush maker this summer.
To make these awesome Homemade Grape Popsicles you will just need fresh grapes. I decided to add some sugar to mine to sweeten them a bit. You could leave out the sugar. They are so simple to make in a Zoku maker or even in a $1 store pop mold. I wanted to whip mine up to enjoy immediately so I used my Zoku.
INGREDIENTS (About 4 Pops depending on your size mold)
3 cup Fresh Grapes
2 tsp Sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Puree grapes in food processor until liquefied.
Strain through sieve pressing to get as much juice as possible.
You can optionally add sugar if extra sweetness is desired.
If you are using a Zoku Quick Pop Maker:
Place stick in position.
Pour juice in maker up to fill line.
Wait 10 minutes or until frozen.
Use tool to remove pop and place in freezer.
If you are not using a Zoku:
Pour juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups.
Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until mixture begins to firm.
Insert sticks and return to freezer for several hours.
Use hot water to release from molds.
These grape pops had so much fresh grape flavor and they were very refreshing. I look forward to making them for the baby and I often this summer. Perfect to enjoy after a hot summer day outdoors.
Do you make your own Popsicles at home during the summer? I find homemade pops to be so much fun and so much better than store bought.
