Raspberry Fruit Dip
During the summer months, I always stock up on fruits when they are on sale. I think I could almost live on fruit alone. I would only need an occasional steak, lol. Fruit is so light and during the summer months, I crave lighter foods. A couple weeks ago, I found a great sale on raspberries. I made a wonderful Raspberry Iced Tea that we really enjoyed.
Since I had lots of fruits on hand, I whipped up this super tasty Cream Cheese Raspberry Dip. I had one last batch of raspberries that I did not want to go bad. The raspberries paired perfectly with the cream cheese. We served this one up for our weekend bbq. I had it made in just a few minutes time and everyone loved it.
Fruit dips are perfect for summer potlucks. I made our Orange Creamsicle Dip again this week for our weekend picnic we had. All of our guests seem to like fruit as much as I do because they always eat all of the fruit and fruit dip first thing. I can never seem to make enough, lol.
