I totally heart no bake pies during the summer months. I keep a nice stash of store bought pie crusts in the pantry so I can whip up a quick and easy pie when we have busy days. During the summer months, a tasty pie like our No Bake Banana Split Pie or a Quick & Easy Strawberry Pie are perfect. I can make them quick and toss them in the fridge for after dinner dessert.
The kids were having a few friends over to swim last week so I decided to make a no bake pie with a bit of summer time flare for them. Kool-Aid always reminds me of my long summer days playing outdoors when I was a kid. Cherry Kool-Aid was always my favorite.
This Cherry Kool-Aid Pie seemed like a perfect pie for after a long day in the pool for the kids. Since it is a cold pie, it is a refreshing dessert. The Kool-Aid flavor really added a nice punch to the creaminess.
The color of this pie is refreshing too! A light pinkish-red that just screams summer deliciousness. The addition of the whipped topping really decks it out to be pretty too!

8 oz Whipped Topping ( like Cool Whip)
1 pkg Unsweetened Cherry Kool-Aid
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Beat together sweetened condensed milk, Kool-Aid and Cool Whip until blended.
Pour/spread mixture into crust.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
