Creamy Strawberry Banana Salad

Last week, I was sharing about my super sale that I found on strawberries. The sale was just too good to pass up. I stocked up and I have been making some seriously easy and delicious summer recipes with all of my inexpensive strawberries. I posted my Easy Strawberry Crisp Recipe. It made for a perfect after dinner dessert for my crew.

One of my favorite flavor combinations is Strawberries and Bananas. I have always liked the two together. I love them both in smoothies and also in my Easy Strawberry Banana Ice Cream. I grabbed a couple of the kids bananas that I had for them for breakfast and combined them to make this Creamy Strawberry Banana Salad. Fruit salads are great during the summer months when fruit is in season. They are great for potlucks and summer BBQ’s because everyone always devours the fruit.

Normally in my fruit salads, I like to use cream cheese but for our Strawberry Banana Salad, I chose to use yogurt and pudding. The combo was perfect. The banana cream pudding added some additional banana flavoring that we all thought was great.

    1. Hi Dianne! The sized pudding you will use is a 3.4 oz size. YOu will add the strawberries and then the bananas to a bowl. You will then add the lemon juice to the fruit. As for the yogurt, you will need 1 cup of yogurt. I hope that helps. This strawberry salad is delish!
