Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bread
Fall baking always has my home smelling so good. When the kids arrive home from school, they are always anxious to find out what I have been baking. This bread was one of those recipes that smells so wonderful when it is in the oven.
I have been seeing so many different cream cheese breads while surfing around Pinterest. I have never seen a cream cheese stuffed apple bread but I knew the flavors would work so perfectly together. And…. I was SO right! We frequently enjoy our CopyCat Starbucks Banana Nut Bread with our evening coffee but I am thinking this apple bread is going to be made quite often this fall. It is perfect for fall.
The apples and cinnamon with a layer of cream cheese in this bread are absolutely delish! I considered adding in some nuts but there is already so much flavor, they were not needed.
This Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bread is so super simple and can be made with just a bit of effort and time. I used Granny Smith apples but you could use your favorite apples in this bread and it will still be super tasty.
