White Pizza Sauce
White Pizza Sauce is different from tomato sauces: made from bechamel and cheese. This delicious, creamy topping is so easy to make- try it!

Ingredients

Parmesan Cheese
shredded

Oregano
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour to make a roux and cook for 2 minutes while whisking (do not brown).
Gradually add milk while whisking constantly.
Cook until smooth and thickened, whisking regularly.
Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Whisk to combine.
Add parmesan cheese, remove from heat and whisking until parmesan is melted and sauce is smooth.
Set aside to cool.
Use on pizza or cover and refrigerate for up to several days.
Notes
Freshly grated Parmesean works best but store-bought canned stuff should work too!
