Turkey Cheese Ball
This Turkey Cheese Ball is a perfect appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. It's as easy as combining cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, a few spices, and then rolling in pecans.

- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
- Pretzel Sticks
- Red and Yellow Peppers
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and Worchestershire to mixture. Beat until incorporated.
Add shredded cheese and mix with a spoon until well distributed.
Form into an elongated ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.
Place chopped pecans in a bowl.
Unwrap cheese ball and roll in pecans until covered.
Place on plate and garnish with pretzel sticks and strips of the peppers.
Make a headmfrom peppers and attach with a toothpick.
Store in refrigerator.
