Ranch Pork Chops
Ranch Pork Chops are a simple weeknight dinner. They are baked with an easy ranch seasoning and can be on the table in less than 30 minutes.

- 4-6 Pork Chops I used boneless loin chops
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Ranch Dressing Mix Packet or 2 tbsp Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
Trim pork chops of any excess fat.
Coat each with oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, paprika, and parsley flakes.
Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides, massaging some in.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
Then broil for 3 minutes for a crispier crust.
