Pub Style Beer Cheese
This Beer Cheese Dip is easy, delicious, and great for serving at your next party. Some will call it a dip, and some will call it a spread because it's spreadable for crackers, bread, or tasty when dipping soft or hard pretzels. Make it for a party or game day appetizer. Your guests will LOVE it!

- 1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3/4 cup Beer
Add cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, black pepper and cayenne pepper to food processor.
Pulse until well mixed.
Add beer and pulse for about 2 more minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
