Peach Salsa

- 2 Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 medium Peaches
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 small Onion
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Split jalapenos and remove seeds, stems and white membranes. Dice peppers and place in larger bowl.
Peel peaches, remove stones and dice. Add to bowl.
Dice tomato and add to bowl.
Peel onion and dice. Add to bowl.
Add chopped cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, salt and pepper to bowl.
Stir until mixed well.
