Peach Salsa

Peach Salsa makes for a wonderful summer appetizer and chip dip. Made with fresh peaches, this delicious homemade salsa recipe is too good!

Ingredients

  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 medium Peaches
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Split jalapenos and remove seeds, stems and white membranes. Dice peppers and place in larger bowl.
  • Peel peaches, remove stones and dice. Add to bowl.
  • Dice tomato and add to bowl.
  • Peel onion and dice. Add to bowl.
  • Add chopped cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, salt and pepper to bowl.
  • Stir until mixed well.
