Ingredients

cubed Watermelon

diced Cucumber

Dressing:

Olive Oil

Lime Juice

Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, basil, and mint.
In a small container, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, and honey.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil and mint for the best flavor.
