Ingredients

Chicken Breast
cut in bite sized pieces

Minced Garlic
Instructions
Combine flour, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a small dish.
Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Toss chicken pieces in flour mixture to coat.
Cook until browned (about 3 minutes).
Turn and cook until browned on other side (2-3 minutes).
Add remaining butter and garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165.
Notes
Be sure the internal temperature of your chicken bites reaches 165 degrees.
