Easy Pear Crisp

- 6-7 Pears
- 2 tsp Cinnamon divided
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 cup uncooked Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter cold
Peel and slice pears.
Preheat oven to 375.
Grease baking dish.
Layer pears into baking dish (I used 8x10").
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix together flour, brown sugar, oats and remaining cinnamon in a bowl.
Add in vanilla and cut in butter with a pastry cutter or fork.
Work until mixture forms large crumbs.
Sprinkle over pears.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
