Crockpot Candy

- 2 lb White Candy Coating almond bark
- 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 4 oz German Baking Chocolate bar chopped
- 32 oz Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
Heavily grease the slow cooker with shortening.
Pour the chocolate chips into slow cooker.
Chop the almond bark into small pieces and add to the slow cooker.
Before placing the lid, add a double layer of paper towels to the top of the slow cooker to collect moisture.
Cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
After the chocolate has melted, add the German Chocolate Bar and stir until melted.
Add the peanuts and stir until evenly coated.
Line several baking sheets with parchment paper.
Scoop out tablespoon sized portions and place on prepared sheets.
Add sprinkles, if desired.
Allow to cool.
