- 4 cup Frozen Peas thawed
- 10 slices cooked Bacon
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
Place peas in large bowl.
Cut bacon into bite size pieces. Add to bowl.
Dice red onion. Add to bowl.
Cut cheese into 1/4" cubes and add to bowl.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
Add dressing to bowl and mix to coat.
