Ingredients

  • 1 pint Strawberries hulled and finely diced
  • 1 1/2 Jalapeno peppers finely diced (stem and seeds removed)
  • 1/2 Red Onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh Cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
