Easter Carrot Cheese Ball

An Easter Carrot Cheese Ball will be a fun and delicious appetizer! You can make a carrot shaped cheeseball with just a couple of ingredients and a few minutes of time. Your friends and family will LOVE it!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 pkt Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 6 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 8 strips Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix until fluffy.
  • Add 4 ounces of shredded cheese, bacon, paprika, and worchestershire to the mixture.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Place the mixture onto plastic wrap and form into the shape of a carrot.
  • Transfer to desired serving dish.
  • Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese, lightly pressing into the cheese ball.
  • Poke the Parsley stems into the top of the carrot.
  • Refrigerate for approx 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with veggies or crackers.
