Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Corn Syrup
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Pecans
  • 1 Pie Crust

Instructions

  • Place pie crust in pie pan and crimp edges.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Heat corn syrup and sugar over medium heat stirring well until blended and warm.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  • Slowly add sugar mixture to eggs while beating constantly.
  • Add butter and vanilla. Beat until blended.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until crust is browned.
  • Allow to cool.
